Most Inspirational Quotes...

I am an avid reader and that is my core inspiration behind writing. And while reading i come across some marvelous quotes that might be constructed in simple words but hold great meaning.
No doubt we’ve all experienced that moment while reading a book when we stumble across a line and are suddenly struck by the sheer genius of it, reading and re-reading the line as we let it sink in and find that the words echo in our minds for days afterwards.
That said, here are nine of the most awe-inspiring and memorable lines in fiction…

1.    “And In That Moment, I Swear We Were Infinite”
The Perks of Being a Wallflower- Stephen Chbosky
This memorable quote can be found in a sweet and valued coming of age novel. While the book is littered with memorable quotes, this one stands out above all and makes all of its readers stop for a moment and wonder if they’ve had but a single moment when they’ve felt this way, or if them ever will.

2.      "A lot of people lack that gift; knowing when the f*ck off" -
This line hails from a current novel  GONE GIRL  by Gillian Flynn . I feel that all the time .

3.    "And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."
The alchemist- Paulo Cohelo
It’s the original version of famous Om shanti om movie dialogue said by SRK. Do you remember it now?

4.      I fell in love the way you fall asleep: slowly, and then all at once.”
The Fault in Our Stars - John Green
an honest portrayal of what life is life living as a teenage cancer patient. Despite the books heartbreaking nature, the young protagonist finds hope and love even in her bleakest hour, spinning us this memorable line as she does.

5.      The marks humans leave are too often scars.” — The Fault In Our Stars
There are so many inspiring quotes in this novel, I can’t help but repeat.

6.    In spite of everything I still believe that people are really good at heart. I simply can't build up my hopes on a foundation consisting of confusion, misery and death.
Diary of Anny Frank – Anny Frank
Despite her age and situations though here mere diary She indeed left a big impact on readers even after so many years. This quote challenges my perception of how I see other people.

7.    I am nothing special, of this I am sure. I am a common man with common thoughts and I’ve led a common life. There are no monuments dedicated to me and my name will soon be forgotten, but I’ve loved another with all my heart and soul, and to me, this has always been enough..”
The Notebook- Nicholas Sparks
This line from the novels hero is truly awe-inspiring and makes its reader sit back and wonder about their own life, their own accomplishments, and their own love story.

8.      My bounty is as boundless as the sea, my love as deep. The more I give thee, the more I have, for both are infinite.”
As the Elizabethan king of romance, Shakespeare knew how to light a fire. In these lines, he describes a love so overwhelming that he cannot see anything beyond it.

9.      I’ve learned that home isn’t a place, it’s a feeling.”
Love, Rosie― Cecelia Ahern
No explanation required.

the most passionate lines are often found between the pages of great books.

One Day Mataram...

Whenever 26 Jan or 15 Aug approaches it develops a sudden sense of patriotism in us which is generally absent throughout the year except for cricket tournaments. And a national holiday ofcouse to have some fun for common people and ramp walk for politicians where they put up a good face as protectors of the nation and its people like it’s all because of them. I think Indian Independence Day has really lost its charm just after 69 years of independence. People will share patriotic videos and songs, TV channels will show patriotic movies and people will buy tiny flags to decorate their desks and vehicles. ‘Salute selfie’, forward messages, statuses and at most tricolor fashion is all that is left to do. Then, suddenly everything will die down the very next day.  But on second thoughts maybe this is our generation way of celebrating it. Have we really become that fake? Think!

Showing respect for your country and actually respecting it are two different things, & true respect is never limited only to 15th August and 26th January. Patriotism is not one day affair. What is actually to be Indian? When does it feel to be Indian? Or more importantly proud Indian? Well for me, when Afghan youth thanked India for reconstructing The Salma Dam by carrying a 100-metre tricolor and their tweets filled with thank you note to India I feel proud to be Indian. When I hear about a Muslim Mohammed Zahir as caretaker of Lord Shiva Temple with utmost dedication I feel proud to be Indian. When everything around me changes and yet remains the same as I step into another state I feel that’s India that’s my country, I can never get enough of it.  I feel Indian when prices rise, when I complain about corruption, when I buy something cheap in black or frustrated by misconduct of administration.

Here are the thoughts that inspired me written by someone for TOI.
If you look around you, you will find many people like me who in the midst of their many identities, accidentally chanced upon their Indianness. Each of them will swear by their regional culture, the language they speak, the faith they follow or do not. And, as they wander through all these, and discover themselves, they also discover the magic of being Indian.
Being Indian is not about speaking a particular language even though some of us think so. It is not about the gods we worship or the traditions we have inherited. It is not about some deep patriotic fervour that courses through our veins. In fact, the more you go outside the cities, the less they care what being Indian means. What they understand more are things like caste, dialect, honour, custom. That’s what they identify with.
I am an Indian in whatever I choose to be.
Yes, each one of us is different. And it’s this difference that brings us together. As one nation, one people, fighting, squabbling, arguing, struggling to make good. It is this struggle that will keep us together.
There is just one thing to do that is become a better Indian for rest of the year.

How To Trick People Into Thinking You Are Attractive…!

Hi guys, I came across this really interesting thing and I gave it a thought ,did some research and complied it to be shared with everyone out there.

Like most people, I like to present a facade of self-maintenance. Being nice to look at is only part of the equation—and one that fades with time. There are hundreds of things you can do to enhance your appearance and not just look hot, but be hot.

1.     Do your homework. Take a look at people you think are "hot," and note three to six things that make them seem hot. It could be a physical feature (the eyes, the hair) or it could be something they do (the way they walk). Are any of their little tricks ones that you feel you could adapt and use too? If so, adopt them—they will improve as you practice and become part of your style too.

2.     Grow into role. Remember, the goal here is to be sexually attractive, and that takes some work. Maintain your appearance, learn and maintain good posture, keep your clothes free from "wardrobe malfunctions," (especially if you're on the risk edge of dressing sexily).

·       Being considered hot doesn't mean just looking hot, it actually means you need to be hot, and who you are and how you act has almost everything to do with it! If you don't feel hot, there's an easy way around that: visualize your own hotness.

·       Carry yourself the way hot people do. They don't slouch, or sit in the corner with their arms crossed. They stand up straight. They make animated gestures with their hands. They smile and laugh a lot. That all stems from one key ingredient of hotness: confidence. There is nothing more attractive than confidence, whether you're a man or a woman.

3.     Body language – Look confident and warm and make relaxed gestures instead of fast ones. People fall in love with body language and a slow speed and tone of voice.

·       Use some common scents Harness the power of aromatherapy: To appear younger, wear a grapefruit scent. To appear thinner, wear a spiced floral scent. These olfactory tricks can make people perceive you as six years younger and 12 pounds slimmer.

·       Smile! When you see someone you find attractive, give them a big smile. It will make them find you appealing, too.

·       Make eye contact Make eye contact. British researchers found that if someone looks us straight in the eye, we find them more attractive than people who avert their gaze.

4.     Groom yourself well. In addition to fitness, looking like you just don't care about yourself is not hot. Externally, that's obvious. Internally, if you don't care about your appearance, it indicates that you don't have much in the way of self esteem or confidence—traits that are not attractive in the short run, nor are they attractive in the long run. What can you do?

Wax or trim your eyebrows, and everything else that looks untidy. Get rid of that unibrow, wax away the upper lip hair, pluck the chin hair, shave your legs, and basically get rid of any hair you can stand to part with except the hair on your head.

5.     Remember that tricks are temporary! If you're good at pretending you're hot, congratulations. Eventually (even as soon as the next morning), people will see you disheveled, with no makeup, and sloppy clothes, the veneer stripped away. That's when your real self will be naked and exposed. Don't get so caught up in looking hot that you forget to be a decent person!

Trick - Slick on some bright lipstick
Yes, I know you’ve read this tip everywhere, ever. That’s because it works! It wakes up your complexion and adds color to your face.

Lastly- Don't be too shallow. Acting like you're "all that" makes you hated and looked down upon.  Don’t take “being good looking” too seriously. If someone doesn’t like you for who you really are, they aren’t worth your time or effort.

Ban - Ban !...

Most heart-breaking news of the year (no, Salman is not marrying)is  the infamous porn ban in India. It has already made it to international news platforms  and created huge uproar in the country and mocking the govt. in several ways. days later , after the ban , govt. backed down saying the sites should not be blocked after all, other than any proven to be showing child pornography.

First thoughts: what’s wrong with porn?
According to me, not much.
We watch/read/see pornography to, oh I don’t know, have a bit of fun.
And really, it isn’t bad. Sexual health is also important for overall health, and porn may help people achieve that. Porn, like so many other internet commodities, is not good or bad by itself, in my opinion. As long as you use it for your personal purposes, I don’t think it’s anyone’s business to stop you from enjoying it.

Kamlesh Vaswani, the man who compiled the list of 857 porn sites and sought a ban for an assortment of reasons, including the imperative to protect users of porn from their own base urges. "Nothing can more efficiently destroy a person, fizzle their mind, evaporate their future, eliminate their potential or destroy society like pornography,” he had pleaded. The court sensibly declined to order the ban, finding that adults in India are perfectly capable of judging whether they are fit to look at pornography and fizzle their minds, or not. In any case, as officials from the telecoms ministry admitted this week, many internet users are well aware of how to circumvent national restrictions on access to websites.

In his petition, it has been stated that pornography causes violence against women. Is pornography the only reason why violence against women occurs? The psychology of the individual, the socialisation, and the environment do not matter at all?
As rightly stated by Chetan Bhagat "Don't ban porn. Ban men ogling, leering, brushing past, groping, molesting, abusing, humiliating and raping women. Ban non-consent. Not sex,".
The ban on internet porn at the end of the day is one of those short-sighted decisions which will only irritate a large number of people, will not affect any real social change, and sets a very undesirable precedent.

Meanwhile with an eye to capture the imagination of the youth of the country once again, alleged youth icon and Congress VP, Rahul Gandhi, has decided to follow the tried and tested formula of visiting the people most affected by the ban. Sources claim that he intends to eat watch porn with these people to express solidarity and send out strong message to Modi govt. (Source- firstpost.com )

Here's how Twitter reacted to the news:

Ban homosexuality. Ban porn. Ban certain words in movies. Ban alcohol. Ban beef. Ban everything not in our culture. Hello dark age!

— Shaktimaan Thackeray (@Madan_Chikna) August 1, 2015

No religion, no political party, no leader can unite this country like the ban on porn can.
